What you’ll do:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and requirements related to KYC compliance.Collaborate with Learning & Development teams in the design, development and delivery of training materials for employees involved in KYC processes and create and deliver onboarding KYC curriculum Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that streamline KYC procedures while maintaining compliance.Stay updated on evolving KYC regulations and industry best practicesDrive and maintain highly engaged stakeholder relations, including compliance, operations and technology to ensure a coordinated approach to KYC

What you’ll bring:

Qualifications in Learning & Development, Training and Assessment or similar discipline. 3+ years’ experience banking and financial services within AML/CTF functionStrong knowledge of KYC regulations and AML requirements, ensuring compliance and efficiencyExceptional prowess in managing stakeholders, fostering collaborations and maintaining strong relationshipsHigh level strategic mindset, adept in planning and executing initiatives with a keen commercial edge, analytical prowess and impactful presentation skills
