About Our Client: Our client is a leader in the installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators and escalators. With a strong presence in sectors such as office, education, and healthcare, they are committed to improving urban living and making cities the best places to live.
 
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for SAP-related issues, working closely with the SAP team and supporting critical business workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong SAP experience to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for SAP issues, liaising with the consulting team when required
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations
  • Analyse and optimise business workflows
  • Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system performance and functionality
  • May involve work with Jedox system

 
Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SAP experience, including proficiency with commonly used SAP transaction codes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
