Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide information to visitors and handle inquiries
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Ensure office security by following established procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional attitude and appearance
