Responsibilities- Develop, prepare, and monitor the annual budget process
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and forecasts
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary needs and insights
- Conduct financial reporting and variance analysis to inform management decisions
- Provide recommendations for cost control and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with budgeting policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing budget presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial regulations
