Head of IT

The Head of IT will be joining a group of companies that has seen consistent growth over the past decade. Specialising in the services industry, this company has been built on a foundation of care and passion for people.

Reporting to the director, this newly created position as Head of IT will be strategically focused and commercially driven with a focus on delivery.

The Head of IT lead the charge in all business related technology initiatives. This will include but not be limited to the following:

• Digital transformation and change management
• Managed services
• Customer experience
• BAU
• Strategy development and execution
• Vendor management

This role will be both internal and external facing with an emphasis on not only supporting the groups key business functions, but working with key external customers in supporting with their needs.

The ideal experience for this role is a technology leader with a strategic, delivery and commercially focused mindset with experience engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and customers.

• Track record in digital transformation with a focus on system implementation, both strategic and delivery
• Passion for working with customers, identifying opportunities and solutions
• Previous experience providing services to government entities is desirable
• Hands on leader that is keen to get involved with the team on delivery and troubleshooting
• Experience with Salesforce highly desirable
