About the team

As a Product Manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on in-app safety features, technical strategies to improve our Trust and Safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address the risky behaviors and actors in the community. Additionally, you will work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected. Primarily, this role will oversee products in Bytedance's portfolio of Emerging Products. --- Responsibilities:What will I be doing?- You'll identify risks and leverage in-app product solution or back-end processes to effectively address the risks, work with the engineering team to implement the product solutions- You'll define a safety product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success- You'll develop expertise in one of Bytedance's emerging products' domains, working as the owner of a specific product or a horizontal scenario.- You'll develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

Minimum Qualifications- 3 or more years of full-time experience in product operation/model operation in internet companies with intermediate to advanced level of data analysis and project management skills. ---Preferred Qualifications- Experience in AIGC/chatGPT/data labeling, and be interested in the artificial intelligence industry.- Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.- Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures and languages.- Clear mind, data-driven, able to find, investigate and solve problems using data result. - Be a team player, goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.---Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
