We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.

The Opportunity
Managing a portfolio across NSW, ACT and Queensland, you will coach our leaders and employees in elevating the employee experience. Supporting people leaders and employees, this role encompasses providing both practical and strategic guidance on people-related projects aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing a motivated and skilled workforce. Collaborating closely with the broader P&C team, you are integral in identifying and promoting P&C initiatives throughout Spiire, always ensuring they align with the company's overarching strategy.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Develop people initiatives to accelerate a culture of which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Utilising insights and data, provide thought leadership to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions to your client group.
- With a commitment to continuous improvement, collaborate with the broader P&C team to integrate effective P&C initiatives seamlessly and consistently.
- Work collectively to coach leaders through reviewing and designing the organisational structure ensuring a consistent way of working.
- Educate, coach and partner with leaders and employees in all aspects of people management and development.
About You
You are a seasoned P&C professional who shares our value of developing each other. You have a true partnering style, are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and you thrive on the challenge of working with people during a period of organisational change and growth. You will come to us with:
- Extensive experience in a business partnering or P&C generalist role and an appreciation of the change management process from a people perspective.
- Demonstrated knowledge of organsational development and the principles of workforce planning
- A passion for evolving and supporting leadership development programs and coaching leaders on a 1:1 basis
- A proactive attitude and desire to take on new challenges
- Experience operating across multiple locations will be highly regarded; this role will require some travel.
