About the role

We offer a generous relocation package, including relocation allowance, removalist expenses, flights, and temporary accommodation.

Hours for this position are Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

The hourly rate is $35 per hour, plus a remote living allowance of $6,000 per year.

In this role you will:
 

  • Operating manual benders, shearlines & off coils to shape, cut and process bar
  • Inputting job tags on machines to produce steel products
  • Operate a forklift and overhead gantry crane as you will be picking, packing, loading, and unloading trucks
  • Play an active role in promoting a safe workplace and working collaboratively

  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills
  • Shows a natural ability to think on their feet and solve problems
  • Values a safe work environment 
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and brings enthusiasm to collaborative efforts
  • Ideally has a forklift license and experience – but we’re happy to train you if not
  • Crane operation experience or ticket is a bonus, though not required as we can train you on the job
