We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a graduate architect with immediate availability to join one of Sydney's leading companies in the residential development sector.

The company is a well-established residential developer with a focus on apartment and mixed-use projects. Headquarters are located in Southwest Sydney.
Be actively involved in apartment developments across Sydney's West, Inner West, South Sydney, and Wollongong regions.

Due to an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an enthusiastic graduate architect to join the in-house team of architects and draftspeople.

In this role, you will report directly to the Drafting Manager.

Your experience and skills; 

  • Hold a degree in Architecture or be currently pursuing one.
  • Possess a background in the design of apartment developments or mixed-use projects. (Non-negotiable)
  • Demonstrate experience in preparing design and construction documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit software.
  • Knowledgeable about the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and National Construction Code (NCC).
  • Have relevant experience.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.

Salary guide $75k - $85k + super
