THE ROLE 

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to oversee and enhance our BIM processes. You will manage model creation, implement BIM standards, provide technical support and training, and ensure high-quality outcomes through effective coordination and documentation.

Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:  

  • Utilise Revit BIM tools to create models to a high standard. 
  • Pro-actively implement and refine BIM processes and standards. 
  • Provide support and mentoring to the production team and oversee training for system improvements. 
  • Prepare BIM plans and training documentation. 
  • Manage external contractors in producing master plans and train Revit users to maintain BIM standards. 
  • Conduct quality audits of models to ensure compliance with agreed BIM standards.

To be successful for this role you'll need:  

  • Advanced skills in Revit and BIM 360. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Proven coaching and mentoring experience. 
  • Effective decision-making skills with a practical approach to problem-solving.
