Our client, a reputable strata management company, is currently seeking a Strata Manager to join their team in Western Australia. With a well-maintained portfolio of mostly residential properties, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties and liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Attend and conduct strata meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and services for the properties under management.
  • Maintain accurate records and financial reports for each property.
  • Work with the Strata Master software to manage the portfolio effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Strata Master software is preferred.
