Responsible for the implementation, management, and the ongoing improvement of the apprenticeship program, the Apprentice Program Lead will set our apprentices up for success. As a coach and mentor, you will act as the main point of contact for apprentices, supervisors, and connectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Apprentice Steering Committee to develop, implement, and embed ongoing improvements to our apprentice program
- Facilitate recruitment by establishing the business needs, collaborating with the recruitment team and assessing candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that apprentices are familiar with the program structure, expectations, and safety protocols.
- Induct supervisors to their responsibilities and provide coaching and support.
- Monitor the progress of apprentices, training plans and rotations across the broader business. Maintain records of apprentice details, assessments, and other relevant information and produce accurate reporting as required.
- Guide, support and mentor apprentices
- Liaise with accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies to maintain program compliance.
- Manage and submit apprentice incentives.
- Facilitate regular communication channels to address concerns, provide updates, and promote a positive learning culture.
About You:
You will be a proven experienced program coordinator, knowledgeable in apprenticeship regulations, standards, and industry practices. Your strong interpersonal skills coupled with learning and development principles will make you a front runner for this role.
