A very rare opportunity exists for an Experienced Service Consultant to join our team at Porsche Centre Gold Coast in Southport.

Porsche Centre Gold Coast is a Southport based dealership located in Harvest Court in the Ferry Road precinct. We are currently looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Consultant to join our growing Service team.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about the luxury automotive industry and excels in customer service. You will work closely with a highly professional dealership team, utilising new systems like Tjekvik in your daily operations.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.

Duties include:

  • Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld.
  • Coordinating service department and loan car bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer.
  • Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing.
  • Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well within a small team.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement.
  • Impeccable presentation.
