Main responsibilities: 

  • Design, configure and test SAP S/4HANA EWM in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements.
  • Transfer knowledge to support staff of SAP S/4HANA EWM in accordance with the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
  • Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirements and appropriately comply with recognised Departmental and Government accounting policies.
  • Effectively engages with internal staff and external partners to implement industry standard solutions.
  • Uses extensive SAP S/4HANA EWM knowledge to drive adoption of technology and process improvements that create superior solutions for the company, customers and vendors.
  • Provide expert advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of deliverables and ensure that all appropriate controls are in place and functioning in S/4HANA.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the support and configuration of large-scale SAP Solutions preferably S/4HANA.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP S/4HANA
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in such roles
  • Government experience is strongly desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
