More about the buying role:  

  • Assist the Buying team in all areas of product selection, range development and all aspects of administration.  

  • Daily communication with our retail stores, distribution centre and other internal stakeholders    

  • Working collaboratively with the Merchandise team and suppliers.   

  • Communicate information effectively to multiple areas of the business 

  • Product administration – creating skus, raising sample po’s, ensuring product data is correct 

  • Purchase order management  

 More about the planning role:  

  • Forecasting at SKU and category level 

  • Reporting for trade meetings, suppliers and business stakeholders. 

  • Administration in various company systems 

  • Checking weekly allocations 

  • OTB updates and communication 

  • Close collaboration with the buyers on ranging / forecasting / reporting 

  • Building systems / processes and templates.  

  • New store planning.  

More about you:  

  • Enthusiastic about retail and strong administration experience  

  • Confidence will all Microsoft apps  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through with processes 

  • Strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to work proactively in a team environment with a flexible, positive attitude 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve 

  • Passion for a career in retail buying or planning.
