We have several exciting job opportunities available for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Chefs at a Modern Australian Café in Mordialloc.

We operate in over 35 locations throughout Victoria  employing over 600 staff. We offer Opportunities for career development and progression.

About the role

  • An opportunity to show a genuine passion for food production and service, enjoy it and present it with bling
  • Must want to work in a happy and upbeat environment in an awesome suburb looking out to green park land.
  • Ability to comply with allergen requirements and customers’ requests.
  • Must comply with food safety, WHS and quality standards.
  • Breakfast and lunch operation over 7 days a week.
  • Ever changing menu specials and ideas for constant variety.

What you will bring:                                                                                                                

  • Chef Qualifications
  • Experience with Modern Australian Foods.
  • Must suit working in a modern setting in a fun and upbeat environment.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement, show initiative and genuinely enjoy being a chef.
  • Strong personal presentation and grooming.
  • Good communication skills.
