As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate andperform the day to day administration requirements for our Salesteam from a front of house reception position within ourMercedes-Benz dealership in Warwick Farm.Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliantmulti-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face tovisitors whilst providing high end quality administration supportto our teams

To achieve this, your key duties and major activitieswill include:

Providing exceptional customer service at the front office,providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assistingwith all aspects.Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance overthe phone and via email.Completing front office and administration duties in accordancewith the standard operating procedures.

What you need to succeed in the role:

Able to work full-timeStrong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability tomanage enquiries in a professional manner.Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficientuse of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated abilityto manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work todeadlines and maintain attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
