What's on offer? 

As a Masters Draftsperson you will be responsible for the documenting and delivery of Master Working Drawings and the maintenance of Housing Masters. You will ensure accurate Master Working Drawings are prepared & completed or programmed and include the correct details and relevant notation. 

As part of ABN Group’s broader Drafting team, you can expect to share your experience, support, and collaborate with other teams across Design, Production, Greenfields and KDRB. 

You can expect your responsibilities to include: 

  • Preparation of Master Working Drawings for all housing products 
  • Referencing of correct construction details 
  • Correcting drawing errors and updating housing improvements 
  • Collaborating with internal teams, management and departments 
  • Liaising with suppliers and consultants such as structural engineers and developers 

What can you bring? 

To be successful you will have excellent working knowledge of Archicad from a Project Drafting perspective. Ideally you will have experience in working with a volume builder. 

You will also possess: 

  • The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications 
  • A high-level understanding of construction methods and building regulations 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders 
  • Well-developed problem solving, conflict resolution & negotiation skills 
  • Personal time management and organisation 
  • A thorough understanding of Archicad 
  • Strong attention to detail skills
