We are currently seeking an efficient Administration professional to join our livestock support team based at our Midvale, WA branch.
The role is a Permanent Part - Time role, requiring the successful candidate to work 30 hours per week - Days can be negotiated.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Livestock Administration Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring accounting and livestock administration activities are conducted in an accurate & timely manner, Key responsibilities include:
Processing Livestock sales and administration; commercial, stud auction and clearing sales. Performing all aspects of Livestock Administration including advertising for the preparation of on farm sales; signage, brochures, ad-hoc collateral. Handling Livestock payment queries. Collecting and processing all livestock and wool reports, and sharing with relevant stakeholders. Managing vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all Livestock transactions. Collecting and processing all livestock reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders. Assist with ad hoc branch actives where needed. A little about you:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:
A current and clean drivers license is a requirement for the role.
