As the Maintenance Asset Planner, you will lead a team to ensure the Vinpac Angaston site's $60m plant and equipment assets are maintained to the highest standard.

You will do this through developing maintenance strategies, as well as scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of all plant equipment at Vinpac Angaston.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect in the role: 

  • Develop and Implement the Maintenance Reliability Strategy including a Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Maintain and improve the Asset Management System
  • Develop and maintain a 5 year maintenance plan
  • Planning Maintenance shutdowns for plant and machine servicing and overhauls
  • Manage a team of EBA Covered team members to ensure purchasing, storing and issuing of spares is conducted in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Facilitate the rebuild of parts as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Collate, plan and implement work packages for the next scheduled work activity
  • Provide support for the Maintenance Manager
  • Assess risk to plant operations and ensure critical spares management for site / sites is actively maintained
  • Assist with scoping and delivery of Capital projects on site / sites
  • Partner with operations teams to improve plant reliability and drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Trade qualification (electrical or mechanical)
  • 5+ years experience in trade qualification
  • 5+ years experience managing a spare parts Store
  • Extensive experience in asset management software and its management
  • Project management experience
  • Microsoft D365 experience (desirable)
