From Civil Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Building Services, Irrigation, Environmental Services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management.

Experience & Skillset required

  • Operate and maintain plant (excavators, skid-steer) efficiently and safely, adhering to all relevant safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Excavate and grade earth to prepare sites for construction.
  • Load and unload materials as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow project plans and specifications accurately.
  • Experience achieving bulk level in a cut to fill process is critical, aligned with in ground services and detailed trim.

Desired Qualifications

  • Valid plant Operator license LE & LS.
  • Proven experience operating excavators in a construction environment.
  • Proficient in using various excavator attachments and tools.
  • Knowledge of excavation techniques, site preparation, and earthmoving operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual Labor as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
