Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Real Estate practice based in Brisbane on a full-time basis. 

You will be working closely with a friendly and approachable partner in addition to the broader team of lawyers, providing administrative support. This role will be well suited an experienced and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of working autonomously and taking responsibility for their day to day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and stakeholders File management Matter opening Managing calendars and appointments Conducting property searches  High volume billing, time coding and reporting Assisting with events and business development activities

Required skills and personal attributes:

Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Proactive and capable of working autonomously High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients
