To continuously support this vision, we are now seekinga Group Used Car Manager who is looking to join agrowing business with the potential for long-term career growth.Position based in Southport, Southeast QLD.

What the role entails:

Serving as the strategic and operational lead for the Used Carfunction across SE QLD and Northern NSW.Working with a dynamic team of Sales Managers across multiple,multi-franchised dealerships to maximise return on investment.Working with stakeholders including Senior Executives, DealerPrincipals, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Wholesalers,establishing processes and executing plans to meet long andshort-term goals.Establishing development and continuous improvement plans forthe team and broader Used car function.

Proven ability in a similar or related roleStrong leadership background in automotive or used vehiclesindustriesStrong people management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and with stakeholders at variouslevels of the organisationRelevant industry or tertiary qualifications highlyregarded
