Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Concierge to join the team at Sydney Airport . 

As a Concierge, you will provide exemplary service to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the successful operation of the location.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

Being a point of contact for our customers upon arrival to their vehicle and ensure the customer’s expectations of the vehicle rented are met  Identifying customer needs and accommodating accordingly  Greeting customers upon return of the vehicle and providing excellent customer service for the exit of the rental process  Inspecting and identifying damage to the vehicle upon return, and supporting the operations team in the damage process 

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic  Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential) Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence  Full working rights in Australia 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
