The Opportunity


Veolia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Gladstone depot. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our industrial services business.

What you'll be responsible for

Conducting morning toolbox meetings and safety briefings / safety interactions Reviewing tasks and jobs throughout the day Kickstarting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow Providing guidance and supervision to a team of approximately 22 direct reports Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

What you'll need to be successful

Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in industrial services HR License (desirable) Minimum of 12 months of people management experience 2+ years of experience in high-pressure water jetting Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Commitment to safety and quality standards
