Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with specialized expertise in Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits.

The ideal candidate will also have strong skills in Oracle Fast Formula, BI Publisher reports, and the Redwood theme for UI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits.
  • Customization and Optimization: Develop and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Reporting: Design and generate complex reports using BI Publisher to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • User Interface: Customize and enhance the user experience using the Redwood theme.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and Redwood theme customization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
