Unique opportunity for a Manager, Senior Manager or Director to join the Deloitte's Global Employer Services team in Brisbane team. This is an incredible opportunity to make an impact that matters to some of the most complex employers in Australia. This role is based in our Brisbane office, and we are open to candidates who would be interested in relocating to Brisbane to join the team.

What will your typical day look like?

This specialist opportunity in our Tax & Legal Global Employer Services team focuses on delivering high quality, value adding work to some of Australia’s most complex organisations in Australia. Our clients operate within many different sectors including Global and Australian based listed entities, privately owned businesses, federal & state government, public sector, not for profit and joint ventures. Issues range across many different fields and challenges including Single Touch Payroll, Superannuation Guarantee, Fringe Benefits Tax, Payroll Tax, Workcover, Contractors, payroll implementations and wage remediation. Tax technology and innovative digital approaches to problem solving are also important aspects to this role. You are someone with:

4-8 years’ experience in Employment Tax Expertise that is recognised in the market Deep experience in working with regulators including ATO and State Revenue Offices Experience working collaboratively in a team environment managing and delivering complex client engagements across a diverse client portfolio involving employee and contractor workforces as well as with wage remediation programs Drive and passion for learning, and developing the team Proven team leadership experience A team player who is results driven
