You’ll partner with the Stockroom Coach to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Stockroom Coach, you will:

Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun

WHAT YOU BRING:

A passion for the Nike brand 1-2 years retail leadership experience and a desire to grow your leadership career Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound computer proficiency A natural sense of urgency

The successful candidate will work a 76 hour fortnight rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
