The Centre

Our beautiful Caloundra childcare centre on the Sunshine Coast is bright, modern and will quickly become any child’s home away from home.

With expansive, resource-rich indoor and outdoor spaces, children have a safe and secure way to discover the world around them.
At our Caloundra early learning centre, there are six beautifully designed learning studios, grouped by age, with a separate sleep room attached to the nursery.

Each of our spaces have high quality, age-appropriate resources for the best play-based learning experiences. Every child is supported in their growth and development, so they can build a lifelong love of learning.

 
The Opportunity

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment. 

  
To be considered, you will have:

  • A completed Certificate III OR Diploma in Children's Services 
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
