    We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our Private Practice in Geelong on a Part Time basis , with the flexibility of increasing hours in the future. You will be taking over busy books and join a team of 4 experienced dentists and friendly, close-knit support staff.

    Commencement: February 2024

    · We are offering a large, existing patient base and full books.

    • High Billings with high income potential.

    · Our Surgery is modern, state of the art and well-equipped with the latest technology and full digital workflow, including

    • new Dental Chairs, OPG, Rotary Endo, Intraoral Scanner, DSLR cameras, Intra-oral Cameras, Implant prosthetic kits, Rubber Dam as routine, Electric hand pieces, Surgical Extraction equipment and ceiling-mounted Televisions.
    • A Supportive, Friendly and Light-hearted team environment with regular team social events.
    • All general dental procedures are provided to patients including Orthodontics, Implant dentistry and Sleep Dentistry.
    • Remuneration which is commission based and is in line with experience.
    • Mentorship/Support from experienced and skilled Principal Dentist if needed. Full autonomy given to dentist is encouraged but Principal dentist is available to help with treatment planning and advise.

    Are you who we are looking for?

    • Experienced Dentists who are able to work independently, preferably with at least 2+ years experience in private practice.
    • New/Recent Graduates should apply and will be considered dependent on experience
    • Exceptional Clinical Acumen and Competency including Diagnosis, Treatment planning and recommending all available Treatment Options
    • Experience with Orthodontics is desirable but not mandatory.
    • Passionate and Motivated about Dentistry and deliver a high level of service to patients
    • You are passionate about CPD
    • Excellent Communicator and able to build rapport with patients easily
    • We are seeking a dentist who is a Team player, demonstrates leadership qualities, and is caring towards both our staff and our patients
    • High standard of Record Keeping and Infection Control policies and procedures
    • Excellent Time Management skills, Reliable and Hardworking
    • Essential that the successful applicant currently holds an unrestricted AHPRA registration, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Radiation licence and an ABN

    Other requirements:

    · You are AHPRA registered

    · Hold a current Radiation Licence with allowance for OPG radiographs

    · Have professional indemnity insurance
