Sales Cadet

Key role responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and future customers
• Understanding customer needs, introducing new products and solutions to help them achieve their building goals
• Striving to achieve set Sales Targets and KPI’s
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Bradnam’s products
• Working closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Production teams to ensure customers have a great experience with Bradnam’s
• Support the Customer Service and Sales Teams by assisting with daily administration work as needed

About you

• You will have a genuine interest in a sales career
• Previous experience within a sales or customer service role, with strong computer / systems skills
• An eagerness to learn, with strong work ethic
• Demonstrated communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
