What does the job look like?

In this 12-month contract, you will maintain the facility and infrastructure of the site to meet safety and compliance standards, Linfox corporate, customer and internal stakeholder standards and requirements. Key areas:

Ensure the Linfox standard for our facility is maintainedSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the site buildings, grounds, and associated equipmentAct as onsite lead for the daily management and maintenance of the facility and infrastructure for general activities scheduled onsiteOversee contractors including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, gardening, cleaning, waste management to maintain the facility to Linfox standardsFinancial administration of site-based maintenance activities and following procurement processes

Are you the one?

To be successful in this role, you have an eye for detail and are willing to be hands on to ensure our facilities are maintained to a high standard. You have a customer focus, are able to work across and address the needs of multiple business units and head office stakeholders. You can demonstrate:

5 years’ experience in facilities supervisor roleExperience maintaining warehousing and distribution centres with temperature control roomsKnowledge in Australian Compliance requirements for building infrastructureExperience in managing teams of contractorsIntermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office, SharePointAbility to be on call to address priority issues
