This Principal Software Engineer role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks.

Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Mentoring members of the project design team - fostering creativity, delivery excellence and maintaining design consistency across projects.
  • Setting up projects for success by considering future design
  • Support executing programs with technology refreshes and implement best-in-class methodologies and tool sets.
  • Conducting engineering reviews, estimation and define engineering processes.
  • Technical leadership - developing architectural solutions for UI and leading software product development activities through the product life-cycle.
  • Pro-active collaboration with engineering colleagues across multiple projects.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

  • Extensive software language knowledge focusing on UI/UX architectures and development.
  • Exceptional understanding and experience in the application of contemporary Engineering methodologies, configuration management, toolsets, and integration.
  • Be able to inspire & build cohesive teams and encourage more of each person.

Security Clearance

The preferred applicant will be required to successfully undergo the security clearance vetting process at the POSITIVE VETTING level. The preferred applicant must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information for whole of life.
