About the role

As Site Engineer, you will be accountable for managing the quality assurance of activities, the project’s procurement requirements and organising subcontractors onsite. You will work closely with the site supervisors, providing engineering and technical support.

Drawing on your demonstrated site and engineering experience, you will provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.

With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will be exposed to infrastructure projects across diverse sectors with opportunities to work in metropolitan and regional locations.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years’ experience on civil infrastructure projects including Residential or Industrial Development experience
  • Experience with tier 2 or tier 3 companies within NSW 
  • Experience in subcontract management, procurement and budget performance data is highly desirable
  • professional verbal and written communication skill
  • passionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes 
  • good time management with the ability to multi-task
