Company
Our client has a long history in the liquor space, with year-on-year growth, legacy brands and new products continuing to disrupt the market. Due to recent team restructure and growth, there is a new opportunity for a region-based Brand Activation Specialist to join this growing business, covering NSW & ACT.

Role
Reporting to the new National Brand Advocacy Manager, the Brand Activation Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across the region through strategic trade marketing initiatives & events, education & training and strategic account management.

Candidate
The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine and beer markets.
  • Proven experience in brand activation, marketing, sales or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence others.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and activations.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics
    software.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • A nuanced understanding of the hospitality industry in focus markets.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
