Automotive Warranty Clerk

Full time permanent role with the largest automotive dealership in the Northern Territory. For a Warranty Clerk or Administrator interested in maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles.

• Requires warranty experience and general automotive industry knowledge and administration skills. 
• Salary guide: depends on experience, will assist with interstate relocation costs
• Darwin, Northern Territory region.

A normal day will see you maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles. This includes:

• Prepare all warranty claims.
• Submit warranty claims and all supporting documentation required
• Approval Requests.
• Reconciliation of Warranty Accounts.
• Prepare and process the appeal of denied and rejected claims as directed by the Service Manager.
• Ensure that warranty parts are correctly identified and tagged accordingly.
• Ensure that warranty parts are stored and archived in the designated warranty room.
