We are currently recruiting for hospitality professional with previous experience in high-end restaurants. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-end restaurants and fine dining
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism

Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and current RSA.
