Your normal day will involve:

  • Leading soft landscaping projects for residential clients
  • Managing and training 1-2 junior landscapers to complete tasks efficiently
  • Communicating regularly with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Driving from your home, picking up your team from Central Station, and traveling to job sites
  • Applying horticultural knowledge to:
    • General garden maintenance , hedging, pruning of trees & shrubs lawn mowing etc
    • Fertilising, mulching, detailed garden maintenance
    • Soft landscaping - Planting, installing irrigation, laying turf
