THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking for a change from your existing role?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Team Member based in Busselton, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager and collaborating within a small Retail Team, this diverse position involves working in retail sales, customer pickup / yard hand and goods inwards.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm) , no weekends or public holidays .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone Designing and selling of Stratco products Inbound telephone sales – processing and entering orders Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance Commitment to continual growth, learning and training Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

Essential  – Computer and data entry skills Essential  – Technical acumen to learn Stratco products and industry Essential - Experience in retail or sales, building industry or manufacturing Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
