Position Description

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and transactions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:

• Entering supplier invoices
• Creating supplier payments
• Employee expense reimbursements
• Processing credit card transactions to the GL
• Generating customer invoices
• Collection of customer funds
• Bank reconciliations Funding calls
• BAS preparation and lodgement

Ideal Candidate

• 5-years of bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Good accounting knowledge
• Experience dealing with multiple entities
• Strong time management skills
• Moderate Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamwork orientated, with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Experience with MYOB Advanced accounting software would be advantageous
