About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Receptionist at our bustling Honda Service Department in Narellan. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the training you need
The role will involve the following:
- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Greeting Guests and directing them appropriately
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking Vehicle in for Service and Recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties
The successful candidate will need the following:
- We are open to junior or no-experience applicants.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
