The Role & Project

Overseeing the deployment, commissioning, and integration of Operational Technology systems within the organisation. Responsible for managing the project deployment process from planning to execution ensuring alignment with business adjectives.

This is a Perth-based position, with site attendance as required to support the successful deployment of projects and according to the present needs of the company. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A technically focused mindset, with a strong desire to overcome challenges. Ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. Strong communicator, in both verbal and written skills. Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Desired:

Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the mining or road haulage industry. Exposure to technology implementation projects. Experience with rollouts of Fleet Management Systems / IVMS / fatigue monitoring / vehicle tracking and communication networks will be highly regarded. Previous project management or supervisory role experience would be highly regarded. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Technical / trade / tertiary qualification desired, preferably with a technology focus.
