The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to join our St Kevin's Community. The successful applicant will be supporting the Director of Glendalough, our Junior campus and will be required to manage competing priorities within short deadlines, whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The position is full time, ongoing role.
About You
You have had previous experience in a similar role and are known for your efficiency, strong time management skills and professionalism. In addition you have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a school environment
- Proficient computer skills across MS and Google Suite
- Exemplary organisational skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in the education sector desirable
