At Maxcool, we offer clients a custom-made solution. We carry a wide range of standard prefabricated commercial refrigeration products, covering the entire spectrum of refrigerators and freezers. Don’t see something that is a perfect match? No problem We also offer highly customizable refrigerators and freezers so that clients’ cooling equipment is exactly right for them.
We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to help realize our platform vision. In this role, you are required to bring the product concept to life through research, design, prototyping, and usability testing. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to validate ideas with our customers and design solutions that are intuitive and user-friendly.
Tasks for this position include, but not limited to:
1. Developing user-centric designs by understanding the needs and behaviors of our clients, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members during the process.
2. Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing while balancing practical environmental factors for our products such as fully stainless steel integrated kitchenware etc.
3. Create precise and clear design documentation based on discussions with clients and team members.
4. Oversee the production of selected products to ensure the final outcome aligns with design specifications and functional requirements.
5. Recommending suitable steel materials and finishes ensures that the products are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and easy to clean.
6. Conduct regular usability evaluations of the product and make necessary changes for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.
7. Offer technical and engineering assistance to production teams.
8. Excellent knowledge of our products, including all-stainless steel one-piece kitchens, commercial kitchens, stainless steel kitchenware, and freezers etc.
