The Practice

Join this vibrant mixed-billing practice, bustling with 14 dedicated GPs, six receptionists, three nurses and a very experienced practice manager. At the heart of the practice lies a commitment to fostering a nurturing and positive atmosphere and they prioritize ongoing coaching and training to empower the team. Regular fortnightly practice meetings as well as quarterly team events, such as barefoot lawn bowls, help establish a close team culture. The practice also actively supports a local homeless charity and is environmentally conscious, using green energy sources. 

The practice uses BestPractice software and offers 12 consulting rooms, a modern four-bed treatment room . They also have two on-site physiotherapists, a podiatrist, a dietician and a cardiologist. 

Opening hours are 8am to 5pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 12pm on Saturday mornings. Weekend work is not a requirement but can be arranged if you wish - your roster can be fully tailored to suit you so you can prioritize a healthy work-life balance.

The Location 

This practice lies along the Gold Coast’s southernmost border and is often regarded as the best starting point for all beachside vacations this side of the Coral Sea and has been gaining a healthy reputation as a bona fide holiday destination of its own accord.  

Boasting a thriving beach life and upbeat social scene, the southern tip of the Gold Coast is favoured by visitors who want to experience the true-blue Aussie lifestyle, just a step away from the glitz and glamour of the Gold Coast capital of Surfers Paradise. Not only can you explore the best attractions of the Gold Coast’s seaside and hinterland regions, but you can also organize day trips to beautiful NSW locations such as Kingscliff, Byron Bay and Lennox Head.

Essential Criteria

Non-DPA position. 

Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required. 

GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
