What’s on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our team Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract working closely with Transport for NSW. Playing an important role in the team you will provide general administrative support to the team including but not limited to:

  • Manage various office duties including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records;
  • Effectively maintain all project registers and files;
  • Booking travel for the maintenance team;
  • Processing registrations and renewals of maintenance fleet;
  • Assisting with maintenance reporting and updating records through system trackers;
  • Assisting with maintenance planning.

To be successful in this role, it is desirable you have administration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will have a high standard of customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who has a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently. You will have a strong attention-to-detail, and a focus on quality outcomes.
