About the Role
As our Assistant Club Manager, you are critical to the success of the club as you are responsible for lead generation, driving membership sales and building club culture
You must be confident on the telephone, have solid sales skills (but we will spend lots of time training you), with a can-do attitude, and be able to work in a team environment. The critical skill is your ability to build rapport and deliver premium level of customer service.
You will be required to work flexible rotating hours, including early evenings and Saturdays.

Passionate about making a difference and helping people change their lives through exerciseEngaging on the telephone e.g., conducting telephone inquiries / answering customer care callsHave a can-do attitude, are results driven and get stuff doneKnow how to support new members, by providing detailed and encouraging on-boardingMaintain service excellence to ensure our member and guest experience is outstanding at all times.Passion for learning, ongoing development and personal growthSocial media savvy and comfortable on cameraInternally motivated/self-starterAdapt to different situations and different demands day to dayStrong customer service ethos, and sales philosophyProven track record in reaching and exceeding sales targetsPassion for building genuine relationshipsIntermediate computer skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentQualifications & Certifications
