About the team

Our Business Tax Advisory team work on complex domestic, corporate, and international tax transactions. The team brings together their valuable expertise and global visibility, to help our wide range of clients, across a variety of industries, continue to grow their ambitions and successfully achieve their end goals.

We provide both core and specialist tax and business advisory solutions to clients navigating the business lifecycle. From daily operations, IPO, competitor landscapes and global expansion strategies to long-term succession planning through our Family Dynamics Program.

The team includes:

  • Corporate Tax – support multinational, domestic and private clients, managing tax compliance obligations and providing advisory services on complex domestic and cross border matters, giving[CJ1]  them confidence and clarity in making timely strategic decisions in a constantly evolving tax environment.
  • Financial Services – national team who support clients with complex tax concerns, drawing on the expertise across our wider Business Tax Advisory team.
  • International Tax – help clients align their global tax strategies through a wide variety of compliance and advisory services, offering strategic tax restructuring and transactional advice
  • Mergers & Acquisition Tax – advise domestic and international clients navigating acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, restructures, and post-transaction integration, with confidently managing complex tax transactions
  • Private Tax – offer continuous support to Australia’s latest private entities and the families that control them through, with specialist tax and business advisory solutions

We’re looking for someone with:

  • CA or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm or relevant in-house expertise
  • A passion for client service, partnering with clients to solve their most complex tax concerns
  • Strong technical skills in taxation and accounting
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, a true team player
  • A desire to learn and continually improve your technical knowledge
