In this role, you will spearhead day-to-day business insights and analytics support for the diverse cross-functional business units, encompassing supply chain, marketing, operations, and digital domains. Key Responsibilities:

The position requires a highly skilled analyst who will be responsible for assisting on various business insights/analytics matters, including but not limited to:

  • Support the analytics team through the use of business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations.
  • Support in Marketing and Digital analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and strategy
  • Partner with Operations in driving operations improvement through metrics and strategy
  • Oversee the customer survey program (NPS) and vendor management
  • Advises on and recommends desirable operational adjustments and interprets variance
  • Completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines
  • Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results.
  • May collect and analyse external market data to provide benchmarks for comparison purposes.
  • Presents findings to management for use in decision making and strategic planning.
  • Cross-function collaboration with other departments within the company.
  • Identifies areas of strategic focus and develops analytical approaches and methodologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Advanced SQL, R and Data Visualisation skills (preferably Power BI)
  • Digital Analytics (Adobe) experience preferred
  • Capable of building complex SQL queries using store procedures
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently to assess and resolve issues.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data/concepts and explain them simply and concisely to various levels of management.
