The Opportunity

Thiess has an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Maintenance Specialist at Curragh North.

As our next Maintenance Specialist, working a 7/7-day shift only roster, responsibilities will include –

Taking the lead in enhancing reliability within the maintenance team by assessing the performance of all operational assets and executing asset improvement initiatives. Enhance asset availability through component condition monitoring and trending, defect reporting, root cause analysis, fleet management system data and regular asset inspections. Take initiative and implement site specific maintenance projects, provide technical support to site operations, and the review of relevant systems and procedures for conformance. Manage new to site equipment and collaborate with sub-contractors during mobilisation, validating machine compliance and ensuring all documentation is completed. Assist in the participation of management of change and risk assessments for maintenance activities on site. Be highly motivated and committed to deliver quality results.
